- Heat 1 liter of full-fat milk in a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

- In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of curd with a small amount of the warm milk until it's smooth and creamy.
- Pour the curd mixture back into the pot of warm milk and stir gently to combine.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Cover the pot with a lid and place it in a warm spot in your kitchen, like an oven with the light turned on or a warm cupboard.
- Leave the mixture undisturbed for 6-8 hours, or until it thickens and becomes tangy.
- Once the curd has set, give it a stir and add roasted cumin powder and chopped coriander leaves (optional) for extra flavor.
- Refrigerate the curd for at least an hour before serving.
